Launch of the website for the ACE program

In November 2021, Rikkyo University became the only private university newly selected for the “Inter-University Exchange Project (Re-Inventing Japan Project); Support for the Formation of Collaborative Programs with Universities in Asia (working name)” when the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) announced the results of screening for the project. The project aims to foster human resources who can excel on the global stage and strengthen Japanese universities’ global reach. The government will provide financial support for undertakings made through international educational collaboration to dispatch Japanese students abroad and accept international students, while aiming to guarantee the quality of higher education. The Asian Consortium for Excellence in Liberal Arts and Interdisciplinary Education (The ACE) is an international consortium formed between Rikkyo and three other universities under this project on the joint topic of Liberal Arts Education. It is engaged with the development of the ACE Program. On this website we will give continuous updates on the pursuits of the ACE program.
